Waterfall

Sometimes
You come to me
Like Rain

Golden drops
Showering over me

Sometimes
Like waves

Just before
And then as they
Wash over me

Oh!

And now
This constant
Waterfall

I sit under

The Pond Stood Still

The pond stood still

No ripples
To grow Lilies
We must leave it dirty

The water invites the frogs
Croaking singing now every night
Soon there will be snakes
Already dragonflies

To grow lilies in the still pond
We must create an entire world
Create a universe

Is this how it all began?
To grow Lilies?

Vipassana Full, Mind Empty

Drizzly beautiful Dharamkot morning.
Big window in the little room.
First morning after Vipassana.
The center bell rings in the distance..wakes me.
Green trees dance with the breeze.
Fresh green after a night of rain.
Mountains about.
I watch as the clouds roll in.
10 mins and the clear sky is filled with clouds.
They roll in from the ground.
Like smoke rising after a fire is put out.
Like a movie recorded over a couple of hours..just 10 mins. Rolling, curving between the old trees.

How will I ever leave, when there is so much to do –
Meditate, Meditate and watch the world from my window.

Tea & bread at the stall outside the center gates.
Walk in the forested path to the next village.
Tears come rolling down.
Why am I crying?
Old pine trees surround.
Snow peaks just behind.
Stroll along the rocks on the curving path.
The sun touches the snow so bright.
First rays of the sun to reach.
First few rays which cut through the clouds.
The tears do not stop.
Who am I? Who am I?
The trees answer.
But I can’t grasp.
The birds answer.
The breeze, the distant plains, the far away lake.

Moon in the Water

You point at the moon

And I point at the reflection of the moon in the still waters of the Earth

I was born for the Sky to descend to the Earth

“She was looking at the moon — it was beautiful. Even reflections are beautiful, because they reflect the absolute beauty. The world is also beautiful because it is a reflection of God…A man’s face is beautiful, the body is beautiful, because they reflect. The trees are beautiful, the birds are beautiful, because they reflect. The reflection is so beautiful — what to say about the original?”

No Moon, No Water (Chapter #1)

Share the Divine

Movement and stillness
Dance and stop
Be drunk
And share the Divine

Touch
Movement with hands
And stop
Stay in the space

Massage like making music
Or painting with this medium
The medium of body
Of two bodies and the One
The medium of love

The feeling of relaxation
Of satisfaction
Of fullness
Of love

No orgasm is required
If the entire body is alive
Each cell vibrating

Be drunk
And share the Divine!
